Thank you for your interest in the Auswide Master Trust ("Auswide"). Auswide has been designed from the ground up to minimise fees whilst at the same time maximising flexibility, investment choice and also providing exceptional service to our Members. This Financial Services Guide ("FSG") will provide you with information about Statewide Superannuation Pty Ltd ABN 62 008 099 223 as trustee of Auswide Master Trust (a division of Statewide Superannuation Trust) to help you decide whether to use the financial services we provide. Statewide Superannuation Trust was established in 1986, has in excess of 130,000 Members and more than $750 million in assets.
This FSG will provide you information about the services we can offer you, explain how we are paid, provide details of our internal and external dispute resolution procedures and how you can access them.
A Product Disclosure Statement containing information about the features, costs, benefits, and risks of a product as well as other information that may assist you in making a decision to acquire a product we may recommend, should be read before making a decision to acquire the product.
Who is responsible for the financial services provided"
Statewide Superannuation Pty Ltd as trustee of Auswide Master Trust is responsible for providing the financial services. The Trustee holds an Australian Financial Services Licence.
Your adviser is either a representative and employee of Statewide Superannuation Trust or an authorised representative of Statewide Financial Management Services Pty Ltd ABN 69 092 109 209 ("SFMS") " the administrator of the Auswide Master Trust and wholly owned subsidiary of Statewide Superannuation Trust.
What kind of financial advisory services are available to me"
Auswide is authorised to offer general financial product advice in relation to the following areas:
General financial product advice does not take into account your investment objectives, financial situation or needs.
Personal financial product advice that does take into account your investment objectives, financial situation or particular needs is available from SFMS. Please contact us for more information if you think you need such advice.
How will I pay for financial product advice"
There is no charge for receiving general financial product advice. The advisers who provide financial product advice on behalf of Auswide receive a fixed salary from SFMS for carrying out their duties, including the provision of general financial product advice.
Are any commissions or fees payable for financial product advice"
No commissions are payable to Statewide Superannuation Trust if you purchase an Auswide superannuation product. Details of the fees payable for these superannuation products are contained in the relevant PDS for the product.
Insurance premiums, in respect to any insurance taken out with an Auswide superannuation product, have been increased by up to 20% to cover the cost of administration and advisory remuneration. SFMS will receive 10% of the premium paid.
If you have been referred by a licensed financial adviser, a commission will be paid to them if you decide to invest in an Auswide superannuation product. The standard commissions payable are:
How can I give you instructions about my financial products"
You can specify how you would like to give us your instructions, though legislation may dictate how instructions are received eg. by telephone, fax, email or other means.

What should I do if I have a complaint"
Auswide is committed to providing outstanding service. We appreciate we may sometimes fall short of expectations for a variety of reasons. Complaints are an important way for us to measure how well we provide services to you.
