The introduction of Choice of Fund legislation on 1 July 2005 offers many employees the opportunity to choose the superannuation fund to which their Superannuation Guarantee contributions are made.
Choice of Fund effectively gives many workers total control over their superannuation - and it is up to employers to offer the choice (if required by law).
