Investment options give members the choice to place all current and future savings into a lower or higher risk investment option, or alternatively, members can choose to split their account balance across a combination of investment options and investment managers.
If you are an employer sponsored member and do not exercise an investment choice, your savings will be placed in the Auswide Model Portfolio Growth Option, which is Auswide's default Investment Option.
Making an Investment Choice
Members can switch their account balance into one or a combination of investment options at any time. The change will become effective from when the switch is processed.
Written notification is required for switches to be processed.
There is no limit on the number of switches a member can make and there is no administration charge levied by Auswide for switches.
Members may choose to have their future contributions paid into a different investment option to that which their current account balance is held. This change can be made at any time during the year.
Indirect Cost Ratio (ICR)
These fees are not deducted directly from your account but are deducted before declaring unit prices. These fees include Trustee investment and custodian costs of 0.56% and are included in the total management costs. The proportion that will comprise total management costs will range from 0.89% to 2.10% depending on the investments you select. Details of the current ICR rate for each option can be viewed here.
